If you lower the cache settings, the cache will be refreshed in short period, making the player difficult to display its content when visiting the site during busy hours.

Delete the cache and temporary file on your browser.
Once you delete them, it may display correctly.

  • Clean up the disk
Go to "Property" on your C-drive and select "Clean up disk" and delete the "Temporary File" and "Temporary Internet File".

  • Change browsers
By using a browser other than the type you are using now, it might display correctly.

If this is the case, please install another version of flash from here.

  • Delete the "Website Memory Area" on Flash.

Please go to the Adobe site and delete "visited sites" for "live.nicovideo.jp"

  • Bugs in Adobe Flash Player
Please uninstall the current Abobe Flash Player you have installed and download the latest version.
Then logout from niconico.com and reboot your computer.
