Creating a club

  • "Club Name"

Club name can have a maximum of 255 letters.

Club name is a required field.

 

  • "Club Introduction"

Club introduction can have a maximum of 8192 letters.

Please remember to close the tags if you are using a HTML in your introduction.

 

  • "Tags"

Only the owner may edit the club tags. Maximum: 10 tags.

 

  • "Club Publicity"

The community may choose either to be a "Public Club" or a "Private Club".


What are "Public Clubs"?

Public clubs are viewable to all Nico Nico users.

What are "Private Clubs"?

Private club is viewable only to its members and will not show up on the club search results.


*You can change these settings from the "Edit Club Profile" after you've finished creating the club.

 

  • Settings on new club members

While creating your club, you can edit how it will accept new members and their authorization settings.

1. Automatic/Manual approval

-In an automatic approval, the club will accept new members without the consent from its owner as long as it is within the membership capacity.

-In a manual approval, the club will only accept members with the consent from either its owner or members with authorities.

 

2. Personal information (Only with manual approval)

The approver may view at the new member's personal information registered on Nico Nico.

Personal Information includes..

- Type of membership on Nico Nico (Standard, Premium)

- Date of birth

- Gender

- Country

 

3. Approval authorization for club members (Only with manual approval)

This is optional setting will enable members besides the owner to approve new participants.


4. Authorization to live broadcast

This authorization will enable new members to live broadcast within the club.


5. Authorization to upload/delete videos

This authorization will enable members to upload or delete videos in a club.

 

*You can change these settings from the "Edit Club Profile" after you've finished creating the club.

*The settings for new members will apply to those who will participate from that point on and may differ from the current settings.


  • What to do after participating in a club

Start User Broadcast

If you are a premium member and authorized to live broadcast, you can start your user live broadcast within the club.

 

Write a message

Here, a community member can write schedules for live broadcast and news directed towards other club members.
